How do I know which audit is right for me?

What do I get with the audits?

Every audit is unique, but most include these three core pieces:

  • Kick-off Workshop: A 1-2 hour session to align on your goals.
  • Deep-Dive Report: A 40+ page slide deck packed with insights, visual examples, and a ranked list of what to fix first.
  • Live Walkthrough: A video call where we walk you through the findings and answer your questions.
How long does an audit take?

This depends on the types and size of audits as well as the scope of your site.

Most smaller audits take about 2–3 weeks to finish. For larger, more complex sites, it usually takes between 5 and 6 weeks. We’ll give you a firm date as soon as we see your site and pick the right audit together.

What do we need to prepare in advance of an audit?

Very little. If you're an existing client, we already have access to your store and data. For new clients, we just need a quick tracking script installed and access to your GA4. We’ll guide you through it, and we handle all the other technical details.
